Grr To Family, Yeah to Sticking To My Guns

This is an old fashioned Brian rant against his family.
My mom is the equivalent of having a battle of wits with an unarmed person. Her answer to everything is either something you can smoke or drink or run away to. For the record, I am talking about my mother, not my last relationship, and in the process of reading Evolution vs Religion like book, I was in thinking mode and she starts preaching to me about the flu shot, oh everyone should just get one, with no reason to back it up but just cause i said so type of mentality, and now just got back from getting pop for us and candy for all the trick or treaters acoming, she don't care, in the car with dad on the way back I had a thought that there are certain places and people (like the party tonight at my coworkers for example), I should not go till I am stronger morally, spiritually and as a person, where I can handle "peer pressure" for lack of a better term or whatnot.
