Fear, PE and the Nature Boy

So my lower left part of my jaw is numb from the freezing at the dentist. All my fillings are taken care of. Albeit, as my Dentist told me cause I am a big guy with a big jaw, I need multiple needles to freeze it. When they did my upper right for 1 filling it took one freezing. When they did my bottom right, it took 2 but i didnt feel the second needle but the second one numbed out the middle as he branched to far out.
Today was bottom left and after 2 freezings, didnt make much difference. The first one did nothing. The second one I felt cause the first did nothing. When filing down the tooth, I felt the saw blade for lack of a better word, but there is plenty of punishment the human body can endure so I was fine.
My fears in life I have been thinking of: IV's and Tarantula Spiders.
Needles I can suck it up, no biggie but I had a really bad experience with an IV in my hand due to a dumb nurse and I never felt more vulnerable as I was in a wheelchair at the time, unable to walk. Ask me about it sometime anyone who wants to know...
PS The first 2 self help books were great reads, the 2 I am currently working on before I dive into 6 other books (one on evolution, one on media/pop culture and the first 4 left behind); the current two self-help books have personal evaluations at the end of each chapter! WOOOOO!
